A three-day PADI Open Water certification course designed for groups who want to leave with more than a certification. Start with confined water diving and finish in the ocean. It's not just your dive certification that will last a lifetime, so will the skills you and your team built along the way.

  • Full PADI Open Water Diver certification on completion
  • Team development modules built into each day
  • All required equipment, materials, and certification fees
  • Final closing debrief connecting the experience to your team's work

Accommodations are not included. If your group would like lodging arranged, we can book and coordinate it on your behalf at additional cost.

For clients seeking an immersive vessel-based experience, Thalassa designs and delivers multi-day retreat programs in destinations selected to fit the brief. The British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas are regions our CEO knows professionally as both diver and captain. Other Caribbean destinations are available by arrangement. Typical retreats run four to seven days. Program structure, diving frequency, and accommodations all built around your group's needs.
