Founder

I've spent twenty years inside the rooms where companies are made and unmade — coaching founders, facilitating leadership teams, sitting in boardrooms quietly watching strong people make small choices.
And for the last decade, I've been a PADI dive professional. Quietly. Mostly on weekends. The two parts of my life lived in separate rooms — until they didn't.
"Three breaths beneath the surface, every executive becomes honest."
I started taking clients diving. Not as a metaphor — as a method. The water did things in two hours that quarterly off-sites couldn't do in two years. It collapsed hierarchy. It surfaced the dependence patterns teams pretend not to have. It taught composure at depth.
Thalassa is the company I built around what I kept watching happen. Quietly elite, because the work is for people who don't need to be told they're capable. Fiercely feminine, because the leadership grammar I bring — intuition, trust, calibrated softness — is overdue at the table. Safe without compromise, because anything else is unforgivable. Premium but purposeful, because every detail here earns its place.
Until the company has more reviews than founders, the brand is me. I am in the water with you. I run the briefing, the dive, the debrief, the long table afterwards. That is the offering.
